Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures with >1000-qubit capabilities by 2026
- Develop error-correction frameworks achieving 99.9% fidelity
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Collaborate with academia and industry partners on quantum standards
- Drive quantum algorithm innovation for pharmaceutical and logistics optimization
- Mentor quantum engineers on emerging technologies like topological qubits
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum information theory
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-stakes projects
- Strong grasp of post-quantum cryptography implications
