Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 1000+ qubit scalability targets
- Design quantum error correction protocols achieving <10^-9 logical error rates
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise optimization problems
- Lead quantum security audits for client cryptographic infrastructure
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
- Drive quantum algorithm development for finance and drug discovery applications
- Present quantum roadmaps to CTOs and government research bodies
- Mentor quantum engineers in advanced circuit compilation techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
