Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for AI optimization
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors with error-correction protocols
- Collaborate with security teams on quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing solutions for real-world deployment
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization techniques
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or IEEE journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
