Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for complex computational problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum solutions in cybersecurity and simulation
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data protection systems
- Collaborate with research institutions to pioneer quantum error correction methodologies
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum technology integration into existing infrastructure
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
