Responsibilities
- Design quantum error correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems

- Secure $50M+ in government and private quantum research grants
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our Q-2026 accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Proven track record of quantum algorithm implementation
- Security clearance eligibility (DOD preferred)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering principles
