Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Design hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum error correction algorithms achieving >99.9% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish security protocols for quantum-encrypted communications
- Drive quantum benchmarking and performance optimization
- Patent novel quantum computing methodologies and architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or research
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical research initiatives
