Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological quantum systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and financial modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers to integrate quantum accelerators into cloud platforms
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to next-gen cryptographic attacks
- Research quantum error correction techniques achieving 99.9% fidelity thresholds
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum machine learning frameworks
- Document quantum system specifications and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record architecting complex quantum systems with demonstrated scalability
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and error correction methodologies
