Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant blockchain networks
- Conduct research on topological qubit stabilization techniques
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Author technical whitepapers for peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum mechanics principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware
- Demonstrated experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in complex system architecture and high-performance computing
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into scalable commercial implementations
