Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant encryption systems for financial and healthcare clients
- Lead R&D on quantum error correction algorithms using IBM Q and Rigetti systems
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for machine learning optimization
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum-computing principles
- Develop patent-pending quantum annealing solutions for logistics optimization
- Present quarterly quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum systems
- Security clearance for DoD quantum projects
- Proficiency in tensor network simulations with TensorFlow Quantum
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration
