Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit integration and coherence times
- Develop quantum-resistant security frameworks for next-gen systems
- Create implementation roadmaps for quantum-classical hybrid computing models
- Present strategic quantum computing blueprints to C-suite executives and investors
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum standards and industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced R&D roles
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Demonstrated experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities for complex quantum systems
