Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain networks
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum-resistant cryptography initiatives
- Drive innovation in quantum error correction techniques for commercial deployment
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development with IBM Q or Rigetti systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing $10M+ in government or corporate R&D funding
