Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end quantum computing frameworks for enterprise-scale deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Design hybrid quantum-classical systems to solve complex optimization problems
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data protection
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and strategic partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial quantum system development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE, QAOA)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security standards
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex multi-variable systems
