Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum software-hardware integration
- Design error mitigation protocols for real-world quantum applications
- Drive quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Partner with NASA, IBM, and MIT on quantum research initiatives
- Present quantum roadmaps to Fortune 500 executive boards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubits
- Proficiency in machine learning for quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Track record of securing $10M+ in quantum research funding
