Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.99% fidelity in qubit operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization for enterprise clients
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Establish security protocols for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Drive industry standards through IEEE quantum computing committee participation
- Author white papers on quantum advantage in machine learning and drug discovery
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or superconducting circuit design
