Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging qubit manipulation and error correction
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-resistant cryptography solutions
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies from global partners
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to create quantum-enhanced machine learning frameworks
- Document quantum system specifications and security protocols
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA) and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Deep understanding of quantum security principles and post-quantum cryptography
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
