Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for enterprise-scale AI applications
- Lead the development of quantum neural networks with error correction protocols
- Collaborate with physics researchers to translate quantum algorithms into production-ready systems
- Optimize quantum machine learning models for real-time data processing
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum computing principles

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in high-performance computing or distributed systems architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
