Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for next-gen machine learning models
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-optimized neural networks
- Conduct pioneering research in quantum error correction for AI applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors optimized for ML workloads
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at top-tier conferences
- Develop ethical frameworks for quantum AI deployment in critical infrastructure
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our open-source quantum-AI toolkit
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Proven expertise in advanced ML architectures (transformers, GANs, reinforcement learning)
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or AI research
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum circuit optimization
- Demonstrated understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Experience with high-performance computing environments and distributed systems
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical AI solutions
