Responsibilities
- Design quantum neural networks and hybrid quantum-classical ML architectures
- Develop error-corrected quantum algorithms for large-scale data processing
- Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to optimize algorithm performance
- Lead open-source contributions to quantum-AI frameworks like Qiskit and PennyLane
- Publish research in top-tier quantum computing and AI conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum machine learning theory
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with quantum simulators and cloud quantum platforms (IBM, Amazon Braket)
- Publication record in quantum/AI research or equivalent industry impact
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical solutions
