Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for enhanced computational efficiency
- Lead experimental validation of quantum AI models on IBM and Google quantum processors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into commercial products
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present findings at international conferences
- Secure research grants and patents for innovative quantum AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics
- Track record of publishing peer-reviewed research in quantum AI or adjacent fields
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and deliver results
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
