Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks for enterprise-scale deployment
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and quantum-inspired optimization
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to translate quantum AI prototypes into production systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years in quantum computing or advanced AI research
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's) and quantum programming languages
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published work in quantum machine learning or quantum information science
