Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural networks for optimization problems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-time data analysis
- Lead open-source contributions to our QAI framework (GitHub Stars: 12K+)
- Collaborate with MIT and ETH Zurich on quantum machine learning projects
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and ACM conferences
- Secure $500K+ in SBIR grants for applied quantum research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or AI/ML (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Qiskit, PennyLane, or Cirq quantum programming frameworks
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
- Strong background in Python, C++, and CUDA for quantum simulations
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters (HPC)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into practical implementations
