Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define the end-to-end technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all cloud environments.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research and development efforts to integrate cutting-edge AI and machine learning models into our core infrastructure.
- Technical Oversight: Make critical architectural decisions and provide technical guidance to resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers, C-suite executives, and external partners to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce rigorous code quality standards and best practices for the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and large language models (LLMs).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale distributed systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
