Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive product vision and strategy for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to drive product delivery.
- Conduct deep market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive advantages.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to secure resources and align on business objectives.
- Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize user retention and engagement metrics.
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex products in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software development lifecycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to drive product decisions.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote-first environment.
