Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and architecture for the 2026 Ecosystem.
- Lead the design of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security across all deployed environments.
- Drive technical decision-making and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic implementation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong proficiency in high-level languages such as Go, Java, or Python.
- Experience leading teams through the full software development lifecycle in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure integration is a strong plus.
