Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical roadmap for AI initiatives leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI architectures that support future business growth.
- Lead architectural reviews and mentor senior engineers to ensure code quality and innovation.
- Collaborate with product and business units to translate 2026 strategic goals into technical realities.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on current and future projects.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in machine learning, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, ethics, and security in the context of AI deployment.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
