Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end research and development of proprietary AI models, including Transformer architectures and reinforcement learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to translate theoretical research into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Establish and mentor a team of junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay at the forefront of the industry by conducting deep dives into emerging trends in Deep Learning, NLP, and Neural Symbolic AI.
- Present complex technical concepts and research findings to executive stakeholders and technical audiences.
- Optimize model inference performance and drive efficiency improvements for cloud deployment environments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, ICLR) or delivering high-impact production models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Spark, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) mechanisms.
- Strong experience in MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing technical teams and manage complex project lifecycles.
