Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale deep learning models and neural networks.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for AGI capabilities, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, ethical AI, and model interpretability.
- Drive innovation in reinforcement learning and natural language processing (NLP) paradigms.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-level machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Experience with LLMs, transformer architectures, or generative AI models.
