Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a robust AI infrastructure roadmap targeting 2026 deployment.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows with a focus on latency reduction.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with global data regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Experience designing systems for high availability and massive concurrency.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred.
