Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools to local and remote customers.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Log and track all support tickets in our CRM system to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of office equipment and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to resolve complex escalated issues and document solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear, professional communication.
Qualifications
