- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns using Sprout Social and Google Analytics
- Collaborate with design team to create visual assets for campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Manage community engagement and respond to customer inquiries
- Create monthly performance reports for clients
- Coordinate with SEO team for cross-channel promotion
Qualifications
- 2+ years of social media management experience
- Proficiency in content scheduling platforms (Buffer/Hootsuite)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign results
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
