- Create engaging visual and written content (graphics, videos, blogs)
- Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content strategy
- Engage with online community and respond to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with design team on visual assets
- Track KPIs and generate monthly performance reports
- Manage paid social advertising campaigns (Meta Ads)
Qualifications
- 2+ years social media management experience
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Hootsuite
- Strong writing/editing skills with attention to detail
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Sprout Social)
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns
- Local Austin candidates preferred
