Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons in-store and online.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommend suitable items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory to ensure product availability.
- Support in-store events and promotional activities.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends and holidays).
