Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory and stock shelves with attention to detail
- Maintain clean, organized store appearance and safety standards
- Assist with opening/closing procedures as assigned
- Operate food service equipment (coffee, hot food stations)
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old (for alcohol handling)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math and POS operation skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends/evenings
- Reliable transportation to multiple store locations
