Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards including window displays and in-store arrangements
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving/shipping processes
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized stockrooms
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay current on collections
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and approachability
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and visual merchandising sense
- Positive attitude and team collaboration mindset
- Must be authorized to work in the US
