Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal staff and clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and network connectivity.
- Assist with software installation, updates, and configuration.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the full-time IT team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
