Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Expertly manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring optimal use of executive time.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, drafting correspondence and screening communications professionally.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and corporate functions with meticulous attention to detail.
- Document Control: Prepare, edit, and proofread high-level presentations, reports, and correspondence to ensure absolute accuracy and clarity.
- Office Operations: Oversee administrative workflows, manage office supplies, and maintain a pristine and efficient work environment.
- Research Support: Conduct research and compile data on industry trends to assist the executive team in strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
