Responsibilities
- Execute Social Media Strategies: Manage daily posting and engagement across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to build brand awareness.
- Content Creation: Assist in drafting blog posts, email newsletters, and graphics to support our marketing campaigns.
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and help optimize web content to improve search engine rankings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Customer Support: Respond to inquiries via email and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work part-time (15-25 hours per week) with flexibility for evening shifts.
