Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on 99% accuracy and speed.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on incoming data to ensure compliance.
- Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) databases and spreadsheets.
- Generate and format weekly reports for management review.
- Assist in the digital organization and archiving of physical and electronic records.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve data discrepancies.
- Support ad-hoc administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus.
