- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Manage inventory counts and product displays to ensure optimal store presentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Train on new products/services to provide up-to-date information to customers
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional campaigns
- Document customer feedback and operational insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (if transporting company assets)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
