Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to report bugs and suggest improvements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer complex queries.
- Assist in training new part-time team members.
Qualifications
