Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Assist with inventory management and product displays

Qualifications
