Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer support
- Process transactions using POS systems with 99% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards
- Operate point-of-sale equipment and handle cash transactions
- Participate in daily store opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency with POS systems (Square, Shopify preferred)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Basic math and cash handling skills
