Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client inquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and assignments
- Update client records in our CRM system
- Process billing and insurance documentation
- Conduct new client intake assessments
- Collaborate with clinical teams for seamless care delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
