Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Process orders and manage inventory using our proprietary software system
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Assist with warehouse operations including receiving, packing, and shipping
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
