Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person interactions and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized store environment
- Participate in product knowledge training to effectively assist customers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn POS systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth location
