Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues professionally.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet monthly targets and goals.
- Update customer records in our CRM system with precision and attention to detail.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
