Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person assistance and digital support channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to maintain attractive product displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Participate in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures

Qualifications
