- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline service workflows and improve customer satisfaction scores.
- Handle administrative duties including data entry, scheduling, and report generation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
