Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and digital customer experiences across all touchpoints
- Drive sales through product knowledge demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Manage inventory operations including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Operate digital engagement tools including mobile checkout and virtual try-on features
- Collaborate with team members to maintain visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented thinking
- Participate in daily team huddles and contribute to process improvement
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology

- Reliable transportation to downtown Columbus location
- Availability to start immediately or within 3 days
