Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and solution-based selling
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to maintain store presentation standards
- Support inventory management through stock counts and replenishment activities
- Contribute to store security protocols and loss prevention measures
- Actively participate in team training sessions to enhance product expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with mobile POS systems and basic tech literacy

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (20-25 hrs/week)
